Em outras palavras, \u00e9 preciso pagar o DAS at\u00e9 o dia 20 de cada m\u00eas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qual a diferen\u00e7a entre DAS e DAS MEI?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A diferen\u00e7a entre os tipos de boleto do Simples Nacional \u00e9 que o DAS se destina a MEs e EPPs optantes pelo regime, como vimos no t\u00f3pico anterior, enquanto o DAS MEI \u00e9 utilizado para pagar a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o do Microempreendedor Individual (MEI).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desse modo, o valor do DAS por variar, conforme a receita obtida pela empresa no m\u00eas de refer\u00eancia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J\u00e1 o valor do DAS MEI \u00e9 fixo, composto por 5% do sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo vigente, mais R$ 1,00 de ICMS para MEIs com atividades de com\u00e9rcio e ind\u00fastria, R$ 5,00 para servi\u00e7os (ISS), ou 6,00 para com\u00e9rcio e servi\u00e7os.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O DAS MEI tamb\u00e9m deve ser pago at\u00e9 o dia 20 do m\u00eas seguinte, contando a partir da data de formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o (abertura do CNPJ MEI).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ocorre que, embora os MEIs tamb\u00e9m fa\u00e7am parte do Simples Nacional, esse formato de empresa tem condi\u00e7\u00f5es especiais, come\u00e7ando pela contribui\u00e7\u00e3o mensal com valor fixo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em contrapartida, o MEI s\u00f3 pode faturar at\u00e9 R$ 81 mil por ano (limite em 2022) e precisa exercer atividades da lista de ocupa\u00e7\u00f5es permitidas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como emitir o boleto do Simples Nacional?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uma das vantagens que esse regime oferece \u00e0s empresas optantes \u00e9 um sistema pr\u00f3prio de <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cora.com.br\/blog\/calculo-simples-nacional\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">c\u00e1lculo do Simples Nacional<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, o Programa Gerador do Documento de Arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o do Simples Nacional (PGDAS).
